2.2 The Company will collect your Personal Data only as necessary or for the purpose of collection and in accordance with the law. However the Company may collect and anonymise any data.

3.Purpose of collection / use / disclosure of the Personal Data
3.1 To provide service which is requested by you, for example, in case you subscribe for information and promotion, the Company will only store and use basic information such as first name, last name, e-mail address and telephone number for any subsequent communication with you, or in case of an online booking, the Company will store and use information necessary to issue booking documents.

4.1 The Company, business partners of the Company or any employee of relevant companies.

4.2 Agents of the Company who has been authorized to offer and sell the Company’s products and services, including agent or person hired by such person.

5.Security of Information
5.1 The Company uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL), which is a standard security for securing data transmitted over the Internet, including data encryption and firewall. Secured Socket Layer (SSL) is a technology accessing encrypted data to prevent sniffers while the information is being transmitted over the Internet. Any of the following actions shall not be deemed an offense to the Privacy Policy:

(“Bridge”), SC and affiliated companies to collect, use or disclose the personal data as detailed in the copy of passport of the Data Subject, including information concerning income, address, telephone numbers and E-mail or Line ID, or any other information that the Data Subject delivered to and informed Bridge, SC or affiliated companies in order to use the data for purchasing of houses, land, condominium units and any other products, including using any services related to the business and services of Bridge, SC or affiliated company, including biological and biometric data, such as photography, motion picture, sound, data relating race, personal beliefs, religion or philosophy, sexual behavior, criminal record, health information, disability, labor union information, genetic information or any other information received by Bridge, SC or affiliated in any form, or record of verbal interviews, or as given by the Data Subject in the questionnaire or via the electronics means, to collect, use or disclose personal data of the Data Subject for sake of analysis, processing, development and using in the businesses and services of Bridge, SC or affiliated companies, which could be beneficial for the Data subject and customers. Bridge, SC and affiliated company will not disclose information with others, except financial institutions which requested by the Data Subject for loan or any other financial institutions for the sake of request for loan by the Data Subject, and Bridge and SC business partners co-operated in the business of construction, decoration or providing any services participating in businesses of Bridge, SC and affiliated company. Whereby, the Data Subject allow financial institutions or Bridge and SC business partners to contact the Data Subject for any purpose in accordance with the objectives of financial institutions and Bridge and SC business partner, including to offer services and products of financial institutions and Bridge and SC business partners, including to analysis, research, create statistical data to improve and develop products and services. 5) Notice of amendment of data or withdrawal of consent

SC will complete the amendment and withdrawal within 30 days from notification , which the withdrawal of consent of the Data Subject, it may affect the use of services of Bridge, SC and all related affiliated companies that being used by the Data Subject. The Data Subject will also not receive information concerning personal right and benefits from Bridge, SC and affiliated company including Bridge and SC business partners.
